the TOni burnett exposure tour
An annual sports, mentorship, and cultural development experience created to expand opportunity for young athletes.

The Toni Burnett Youth Exposure Tour is an annual youth development experience created to give student-athletes meaningful opportunities to grow through sports, mentorship, leadership, and cultural exchange.
What began as a DC-based cultural exposure experience has continued to evolve into a broader annual program that meets young athletes where they are while expanding what they believe is possible. Each year, the tour is thoughtfully shaped around the needs of the students, schools, and communities we serve.
Through basketball training, competitive play, educational workshops, coaching development, mentorship, and community engagement, the tour helps participants build confidence, discipline, leadership, and a stronger vision for their future.
